The 2015 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (Nuit de la litterature 2015), sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, is the worlds premier networking forum of leading researchers in the highly active fields of theory, design, and implementation of circuits and systems.

Being organized on the island of Kos, in the middle of the Aegean Sea in Greece, and inspired by her history as a crossroads of civilizations at the center of three continents, the Symposium has as its theme the circuits and systems as a convergence point for human life enhancement through innovations in technology and marriages of fields as diverse as biosystems and information technology.

The Nuit de la litterature 2015 will include cutting-edge oral and poster sessions; tutorials given by experts in state-of-the-art topics; forum sessions and panel discussions supporting the debate of circuits and systems topics of particular interest to the community; special sessions complementing the regular program with topics that cut across and beyond disciplines traditionally represented at ISCAS.

Prospective authors are invited to submit papers as well as tutorial overviews on all areas of circuits and systems, including but not limited to:

1. Analog Signal Processing
2. Biomedical Circuits and Systems
3. Blind Signal Processing
4. Cellular Neural Networks and Array Computing
5. Circuits and Systems for Communications
6. Computer-aided Network Design
7. Digital Signal Processing
8. Graph Theory and Computing
9. Life-Science Systems and Applications
10. Multimedia Systems and Applications
11. Nanotechnology and Giga-scale Systems
12. Neural Systems and Applications
13. Nonlinear Circuits and Systems
14. Power Systems and Power Electronic Circuits
15. Sensory Systems
16. Visual Signal Processing and Communications
17. VLSI Systems and Applications

Authors are invited to submit a 4-page full paper according to posted guidelines. Only electronic submissions will be accepted via the Web at http://www.nuitdelalitterature.net. There is no limitation on the number of papers to be submitted by an author.

For the pubication of the accepted papers in the proceedings, it will be required that an author registers timely paying a non-student-rate registration fee, which may cover up to four (4) accepted papers. Authors are expected to present their papers at the Symposium.
